Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed, our carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to the vendor, and you may be charged return shipping fees.

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are automatically insured up to $5,000. Higher value shipments can be insured for additional fees. Temperature-sensitive items include specialized coverage for cold chain failures.
